Limited partnership sought for Channel 27 By" JE DeBELL Staff writer Roanoke Christian Broadcast ing Inc holder of the construction permit for Channel 27 in Roanoke since 1983 has asked the ederal Communications Commission to as sign the permit to new ownership in which the corporation has only a mi nqtity interest comedies as Beverly Hillbil Love and Andy Griffith Roanoke Christian Broadcast ing received the broadcast license for Channel 27 in January 1983 and the construction permit in July 1984 However appeals by another applicant kept the project tied up in court or the federal
