II Police arrest 19 on drug charges in eastern Oregon ONTARIO Ore Nineteen people mostly from Ontario were arrested Wednesday morn ing in connection with an alleged drug ring Ontario Police Chief Jim Jones said A total of 45 indictments were issued by a grand jury in Malheur County Ore charging 23 people with possession or sale or both of controlled substances including heroin cocaine LSD and mari juana Jones said The 19 were arraigned in Mal heur County Circuit Court in Vale and are scheduled to enter pleas March 7 he said Drugs vehicles used in the transportation of the drugs and drug
