Divided by Board The profits are divided by the ABC Board on a fiscal year basis whereas the City and County operate on a calendar basis Profits are distributed by ABC Board to localities on a capita basis predicated on 1940 census In computing share of the profits due the City by the County from the recent distribution the attorneys cal culated that on the basis of the 1940 census 823377 persons were residing in the area annexed by the City at the beginning of this year It was estimated that the City acquired a population increase of just under 16000 when it took in the new territory Tn other
