JPAGBSIX COUNTY Al>t>AN6B. A1GONA. IOWA Airplane News Picture Shows Flood at Crest THIS WILL MAKE A good souvenir picture of the flood of the fall cf 1938, when the water went fully a foot higher than at any other time on ree- ' orcl in this part of the Des Moines river valley. This picture, taken by John Robinson, of the staff of the Register and Tribune at Des Moines, was snapped Friday morning when the water was at its crest. At the right, entirely surrounded by water, is the Wallburg tourist camp and lunch room buildings. In the foreground is the Pioneer seed company plant. The four- corners is all under water, as is the two south curves, one being marked by the rippling water. ttock lalnmt Liitnbef domp«n#, supples 2.32 Drnln Nrt. 7S— ..
