Paine Secures Two Pleasant Avenue The principal real estate tiansactlon of the week was consummated yesterday when R. T. Fredericks purchased Iiom Paul JI. Paine a large tract at' vacant property in the Nineteenth ward and Mr. Paine takes irom Mr.

Fredericks two new liouses located at Nos. IDS and 110 Pleasant avenue. The tiansaction involves about 510,000. The piece- of pioperty seemed by Mr. Fredericks is located just west of McKinley school, ins a frontage of 13.1 feet on West Xcwcll street and extends across Pleasant avenue to Emma street, a distance of GOO lect.

There are six lots on Pleasant avenue, tin ee on Emma 'street and a like number on Webt Newell street. Mr. Fredericks purposes to develop this property. The houses purchased by Mr. Paine are located near South Sahna street and aie of modern design and finish.
