Ralph Olson and Patty May met with a serious accident last Thursday morning when heir car was run into at the four corners north of Algona. Mr. Olson had been attending the world's fair in Chiago and Mrs. Olson had driven to Humboldt to meet him. At the four crners north of Algona a Nebraska car coming from the east falling to stop at the stop sign, crashed into the Olson car, knocking it into the ditch.

Mr. and Mrs. Olson and Patty were all Injured and were rushed at once to the Kossuth hospital. Patty's head and face were quite badly cut and stitches were necessary to close the wounds. Mr.

and Mrs. Olson were both badly bruised but escaped with no cuts or broken bones. While the car was completely wrecked, the Olsons feel very fortunate to have escaped with no more serious results. Mrs. V.
