Hughes, of Walshville filed a suit a the circuit court here on Monday December 16, against her husband James E. Hughes, for a divorce which she asks for on the grounds of desertion. They were married on April 28. 1905, in Saint Louis, and lived together until March 10, 1927, when Mrs. Hughes, alleges that her husband deserted her without a just cause.
