Mary's Church, Reynoldsville, Jeffer son Lou nty, for Rodger S. Nestor executive vice-president of the McDowell Manufacturing Company. Mr. Nestor, 41, died unexpectedly on Monday (Jan. 23) in Du Bois.

Mr. Neslor was a resident of the Pittsburgh area until thp McDowell company moved to Du Bois in 1963. He attended Central Catholic High School here. He was a metallurgy graduate of Penn State University. i Mr.

Nestor served in various sales management positions since 1958 with McDowell. Hp had been wilh the company since 1953. He had previously been a special engineer with lleppenstall Company and a research chemist with Jones Laughlin Sleel Corporation. Surviving are his wife, Betty Austin Nestor; three sons, Rodger III, Thomas and Joseph; a daughter, Lori; his parents, Mr. and Mrs.

Rodger S. Nestor three sisters, Mrs. Alfred Libhon, Mrs. Leo Schramm and Mrs. Herbert Seal; and a brother, Jack Nestor.

A saxophonist and clarinetist, he played with orchestras in the Penn, Stan- ley and Nixon Theaters.
