The rain fell, with only a few short intermissions, throughout the contest, and both specticorB and contestants were thoroughly soaued The game was very one-sided and agreatcisappointment to the spectators, who anticipated a "scrappy," "kicking" contest There was no chance to kick at the umpire's decisions, not one of waich was close, or could a i of any question.
