PROCLAMATION GIVING NOTICE OF A SPECIAL PUBLIC ELECTION. Notice is hereby given to the electors of the City of Pittsburgh, in pursuance of Ordinances duly enacted by Council of the City of Pittsburgh, and approved by the flavor thereof on the fifteenth day of March, 1932. that a special miblic election will be held in the Citv of 1'ittsburgh on the twenty-sixth day of April. 1932. for the purpose of obtaining the assent of the electors of Ihe Citv to the various increases of indebledne; of the City as hereinafter set forth.

The amount of the last assessed valuation of taxable property in the Citv is $1. 208. 2tt. 120.00. The amount of the existing debt of the Citv is The total amount of all the proposed increases of debt of the City is $5,000,000.00.

The percentage of the total amount of all such proposed increases to the last assessed valuation of taxable property in the Citv is per cent. The amount of the proposed increases or" the indebtedness of the City and the purposes for which the indebtedness is to be increased are set forth in the following Questions which wilt be submitted to the electors of the City at said election, namelv QUESTION NO. 1 SHALL THE INDEBTEDNESS OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH RE INCREASED IN THE AMOUNT OF THREE MILLION DOLLARS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FOOD.
