Anytime a guy fools you and shuts you out in this game, they say he doesn't have much on the ball but a prayer and a fast outfield, but once you start knocking him all over the lot, you start to say: "Boy, that guy sure has all his stuff and plus." I guess it is physiology or somethin' because after the game today, us Bucs were sayin they can't understand why they don't clip Turner for a lot of bits. I feels sorry for Blanton because he loses a tough one. He usually has the Bees' number and has shut them ont two or three times so far this year and he has their number again today, but that Turner was just a little better.
