Mrs. Minnie Rill, 83, retired BIA employe Mrs. Minnie I. Rill, 83, who came to Reams Canyon in 1937, from Mescalero, N.M., and was a retired Bureau of Indian Affairs employe, died yesterday In Country Manor Nursing Home. Mrs.

Rill of 4023 N. Sixth had lived in Phoenix since 1942 and was sunshine chairman for the National Association of Retired Civil Em- ployes.She had been a volunteer worker many years at the Phoenix Veterans Administration Hospital, a Blue Star Mother and an Order of Eastern Star member in Blackfoot, Idaho. She was born In Nelson, Wis. Survivors include a son, Richard E. Rill of Phoenix, and a grandchild.

Services will be at 12:15 p.m. tomorrow in A.L. Moore and Sons Mortuary, 333 W. Adams. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
