21 Tonight in preview: Crime shows heavy among the series With the deliberate knowledge that it's sexist to say so, Saturday television belongs in large part to the men. Sports dominate day-time viewing and crime shows are heavy among Saturday night's series. True, there's always "Barbara Mandrel! and the Mandrel! Sisters" (NBC at 8), "Love Boat" (ABC at 9) and "Fantasy Island" (ABC at 10). But they're light-weighted counterbalance. Sisters, why don't we go into the kitchen and bake an apple pie?
