Report Drop In Loan Rates WASHINGTON, May 9 (P)- A drop in interest rates on home mortgage loans in several sections of the country was reported by a savings and loan industry spokesman today. Oscar R. Kreutz, president of the National Insured Savings Associations, said there were definite signs of softening interest rates in the middle west, east coast and New England areas. He laughingly reported he was bitten by a mosquito while fishing. Mr. Eisenhower had break. fast at the White House this morning with a group of Republican congressmen. When he posed with the group for photographs, newsmen noticed that a patch of the President's hair above the left ear was discolored a bit by something which seemed to be medicine.

Rep. Robert Wilson, Republican, California, explained it reporters afterward. He said Mr. Eisenhower gave this account: When he was playing football years ago at West Point he and another youth cracked skulls together. The accident cut Eisenhow.

Mr. Kolling, of 292 Forty-fifth Street, died Sunday. He was a' native of Germany and was employed by the Pittsburgh Railways Company for 25. years until his retirement in 1941. Following his retirement, he worked at St.

Augustine's. He was a member of the Catholic Knights of St. George, the Amalgamated Street, Electric Railway and Motor Coach Employes union, and the St. Vincent dePaul Society. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs.

Catherine Yaman, Mrs. Hilda Rodgers, and Anna May Kolling, all of Pittsburgh; a son, Ralph Kolling, of Pittsburgh; a sister, Mrs. Louise M. Bierma, of Detroit; ten grandchildren; and 17. great grandchil in dren.

Unger, born in East Germany, came to America in 1924 with her, six children, arriving in Pittsburgh on Christmas Day. She was a member of the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church on the Northside for 25 years.

Vosbuhg, 59, publisher of the Burgettstown Enterprise, was pronounced dead on arrival yesterday at West Penn Hospital after collapsing at the wheel of his car in Bigelow Boulevard, Oakland. Mr. Vosburg, accompanied by his wife, Mary, slumped over the wheel at 4:30 p.

m. in the 3500 block. The car plunged out of trol across the sidewalk, shearing off the porches of houses at 3511 and Bigelow Boulevard. Mrs. Vosburg was treated for shock at the hospital.

A native of Du Bois, Mr. Vosburg had published the Enterprise for the last 23 years and also had a job printing plant on Main Street, Burgettstown. He also was publisher of the Follansbee, W. Review from 1944 to 1949 and was a former vice president of the Pennsylvania Newspaper Publishers Association. Mr.

Vosburg was a member of the Episcopal Church and Garfield Lodge of the F. A. M. in Du Bois and a former director of the Raccoon Valley Industrial Development Corporation. Surviving besides his wife, the former Mary Love, are a son, Eugene a daughter, Mrs.

m. Thursday in the Lee and Wilson Funeral Home in Burgettstown. ExRodgers Dies ERIE, May 9 (P)-Robert L. Rodgers, 84, former United States congressman, died today at Hamot Hospital. Mr.

Rodgers was elected to Congress in 1938 and served four terms. Born in Eldorado, he was raised in Mercer County where he was a justice of the peace at Jamestown. He came to Erie (in 1913. A prominent Mason, he was affiliated past master of Lawrence lodge here at the time of his death. He was comm ander-in-chief of the Erie Consistory of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Right from 1955 to 1957.

He was a veteran of the Spanish-American War, a member of the Legion of Honor and past president of the Erie Rotary. He is survived by his wife, Madge Rodgers, and a son, Thomas, both of Erie. Funeral services will be held here Thursday, and burial will be in Adamsville, Crawford County. Crucible Dispute Idles Steelmen A dispute over posted work schedules yesterday idled some 150 Steelworkers at Crucible Steel's Spring Division on McCandless Avenue, Lawrenceville. The said nine maintenance had been company, scheduled to work five days Tuesday through Saturday, with 140 other members of USW Local 1166 scheduled to work Monday through Friday.
