He laughingly reported he was bitten by a mosquito while fishing. Mr.

Eisenhower had breakfast at the White House this morning jwith a group of Republican congressmen. When he posed with the group for photographs, newsmen noticed that a patch of the President's hair above the left ear was discolored a bit by something which seemed to be medicine. Rep. Robert Wilson, Republican, California, explained it to reporters afterward. He said Mr.

Eisenhower gave this account: When he was playing football years ago at West Point he and another youth cracked their skulls together. The accident cut Mr. Eisenhower's head above the left ear and "quite a scar" developed later. While fishing this weekend apparently in the small pond at his Gettysburg, farm the President was bitten by a mosquito in the scar area. That area apparently has remained sensitive, and Mr.

Eisenhower reported that the mosquito bite raised a welt. Ticker Talk two grandchildren and two pest- grandchildren Funeral from HUMPHREY'S FUNERAL HOME. Urbane. on Wednesday at i o'clock. COTTON On Monday.
