Annie Rubiscka, 15 years old, daughter of Andrew Rubiscka, who conducts a saloon on North Pennsylvania avenue, together with Nellie Wasko of Edwardsville, about the same age, were taken in charge by policeman Craig at the Lehigh Valley station at an early hour yesterday morning. The glrla acted in a suspicious manner and were taken to police headquarters by the patrolman.

The girls stated that they had secured tickets for New York and Intended to take a traln'for that city. The Rubiscka girl's father came to police headquarters and took -his daughter home with him. The father stated that he punished his daughter several times because' she was out late at -night. The girl said she had a brother In New York, and when aaked if she intended to find him she said- she would tell a policeman his name and he would take ber to where her brother lived. The other girl was turned over to Mrs.
