Joseph Bash as program chairman and with Neighborhood Garden Club entertaining. In October Mrs. Charles T. Atwell, program chairman of the Allegheny County Federation of Clubs will be the guest speaker. November is an especially important month in the association, for the annual benefit bridge and luncheon will take place, as well as the rummage sale sponsored by sunshine committee.

From the proceeds of these affairs, many families are provided with Christmas cheer. At the December meeting, sponsored by the executive board, Mrs. Harry Kunze will tell the Christmas and each member will toy story, or other gift-wrapped package, which will be distributed by the members among orphanages and homes for the aged. In January, motion pictures and a lecture about the operettas which have been presented in Pittsburgh, will be given by the Civic Light Opera Company and in February we will hear' about the "New Gateway." At the March Night," Judge Harry M. Montgomery will be the guest speaker.

The public health committee will entertain with variety night in April and in this same month, the association is sponsoring a night at the Playhouse, the proceeds as usual to be used for charitable purposes. In May the civic committee will present a play and in June the newcomer's group will be hostesses at the annual installation of officers.
