May Help Get Baker Readv Charley Goldman, who helped train Rocky Marciano the world's heavyweight championship, may take over the same chore for Bob Baker and he hopes with the same result. The nationally-known little trainer was contacted yesterday by Dusty Bettor. Bakers manager, who asked him to come here and take charge of Big Bob's training for the com ing 12-round bout with Tommy (Hurricane) Jackson at. Forbes Field on September 26. Goldman promised to give Bettor his answer within the next few days or before Baker starts serious training at Rainbow Garden, McKeesport on September 4.

Originally, Bettor had planned to bring Dan 1 lorio here to supervise Baker's drills. He ran into a snag, however, when Floyd Tatter, son, who is also trained by Florio, objected. He wanted the trainer to remain with him. Goldman started with Marciano at the outset of the champ's professional career. He is regarded as one of the- top trainers in the country today.

Now, I can say that I don't think there is such a thing as a "natural swing." Improve ment in golf comes from ob servation, study, imitation, and practice.

Getting back to our analysis of the swing, note that at the top of the backswing your body should be all coiled up with potential energy. The hips are turned at least 90 degrees and the shoulders almost 180 degrees. Hands are high, wrists fully cockeg. While most of your weight is on the right leg, this is not as a result of any conscious weight shift merely the natural result of winding up your body. Left knee is bent well toward middle of stance and left heel is well off the ground (A).

But note again that there has been no natural sway of your body or head only a rotation. Tomorrow: The Mrs, Boggs Wins Senior Golf Title Mrs. W. G.
