Wind turbines cap stay inquiry rules A LOUGHBOROUGH multi-millionaire businessman has won his appeal to keep two energy generating wind turbines at his Woodhouse Eaves farm Mr Tony Marmont (62) of West Beacon Farm is celebrating after winning his battle with North West Leicestershire District Council which wanted the turbines removed as planning permission had not been given But Mr Marmont (pictured right)was determined to keep the energy-creating devices which power his home and refused to removed them Conditions The hunt is being run from Edmonton police station Police believe his
