Section 10. There is hereby further levied and assessed against each lot, part of lots and of ground described in Sections 2,3, 4, 6, 7 and 8, of this ordinance, 5 per cent.

Interest per.annum on all of said Installments ifroni the date of the bonds until collection of each of said Installments as provided by which shall be collected annually at the same time and in the same manner.as.said and aft ei' the taking effect of this ordinance it shall be the duty of the City Clerk of the City of lola, Kansas, annually, at the same time other city taxeii are to be.certified, and until all of said and assessments so made and apportioned have been cer-. lified, to certify to the County Clerk of Allen County, Kansas, a full list of all property liable for the cost of such work or except such property upon which the special- assessments aforessaid have been paid in fiill as herein provjided together with the respective amounts due on each of said of lots or pieces of ground, which amount shall include the annual installment and the interest on the same and all unpaid balances i for one. at the rate of per cant per annum as aforesaid, and such-amount so-certified shall be collected as other taxes and assessments arc collected. Such taxes are to be extended on the tax roll for the years 1914, 1916, 1917, WIS. 1919.
