Riggins, who scored three touchdowns in 31-14 victory over Syracuse last week, has 30 points. Four other players are tied for second with 24, including Roy Bell of Oklahoma, Joe Moore of Missouri and Joe Orduna and Johnny Rodgers, both of Nebraska.

Tagge leads the passers w-ith 33 completions on 47 throws for 482 yards and four touchdowns. His average per game is 160.7 yards. Trailing him are Oklahoma Tony Pounds with an average of 151.7 yards and Dan Heck of Kansas with 144.7. Moore continues his leading role in rushing with a game average of 139.3 yards. Riggins is second w'ith 103.7 and Ward Walsh of Colorado third with 94.5.

Heck tops the list in total offense with a game average of 172.3 yards. Then comes Tagge with 166 and Moore with 163. Tn tandem offense, Moore is first with 144 yards, Riggins second with 112 and Oklahoma Hermann Eben third with 99.3. Eben has the most pass receptions with 17 for 298 yards and two touchdowns.
