Nevada on a tip by a Seward resident who saw a television program describing the man said Seward County Attorney Randy Stoll first for Stoll said Wednes day about the tip leading to the arrest of Robert Lupien The anonymous viewer was watching Current a syndicated pro gram he said Lupien about 39 was living with his brother John Lupien at 1215 Main St Authorities searched the residence about 2 am Tuesday and found him in the basement he said Stoll said Robert Lupien allegedly violated his parole in 1988 He had been serving a 20 year sentence for battery with a deadly weapon and being a for apartments the City of Omaha obtained through condemnation Glebe was awarded $273500 in a 1985 condemnation proceeding in Douglas County Court but he contended he should have received more for the buildings on North 16th Street He said in a lawsuit filed in 1986 that the buildings were worth $46 million and he testified in a six day trial last month that he valued them at $5 mil lion A professional real estate appraiser who was called as a witness by attorney placed the value at $500000 Assistant City Attorney Michael Goldberg who defended the city in the case said in the closing argument that the buildings were worth no more than $179500 Goldberg said Wednesday that Glebe will be required to repay the $94500 difference between the two awards The dispute involved the Marianna
