Copper, former senior vice president for the commercial products group of North American Rockwell will be held tomorrow in Detroit, Mich. Mr. Cooper, 67, formerly of Upper St. Clair Township, died Wednesday (Nov. 15) in Lansing, Mich.

He had been a resident of Pompano Beach, since his retirement in 1969 after 42 years' service with North American Rockwell and its predecessors. Mr. Cooper was a senior vice president and member of the board of directors of Rockwell-Standard Corp. prior to its merger with North American Aviation in 1967. He was a native of Bad Axe, and a graduate of Ohio State University and Detroit College of Law.

Mr. Cooper had been a member of the Duquesne Club and St. Clair Country Club. The family suggests that memorial contributions may be sent to the American Heart Association. Virginia Robertson Services for Mrs.

Virginia Ellis Robertson, 68, a member of the board of West Penn Hospital, will be held at 2 p. m. today in the chapel of Allegheny Cemetery, Lawrenceville. Mrs. Robertson, wife of Earl C.

Robertson, a retired vice president of Consolidation Coal died Wednesday (Nov. 15) at Presbyterian University Hospital. She lived at 220 N. Dithridge Oakland. She was active in the work of the American Red Cross here and the 20th Century Club.

She also was a member of Rolling Rock Country Club. In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons, James E. and Bruce Robertson, and six grandchildren. H. Samson 537 N.

Neville Oakland, is in charge of arrangements. 3 Acquitted In Hijack Three area men who were arrested last March when they tried to move a hijack ed tractor-trailer have been acquitted of criminal charges by a Federal Court jury. Found not guilty after more than five hours of deliberation by a jury of seven men and five women were Charles H. McGuire 24, of 604 Chartiers and James Winters, 39, of 342 Ashton Way, both of McKees Rocks, and John B. Cunningham 22, of 323 Wilcox Carnegie.

Attorneys for the three claimed the defendants were paid $150 by a stranger in a bar to transport the tractor-trailer to New Jersey. The truck loaded with about $20.000 worth of household goods, had been stolen from an East Liberty storage company. Suspect Held In 'Pot' Case Franic A. Hill. 29.

of 525 Lincoln East Liberty, was held for Grand Jury action yesterday on charges that he had $14.000 worth of marijuana in his possession. Maury Grace Ernst of 604 Briar Clift, Alicuippa, early this morning, November 15, 1972, at her home; daughter of the late Alfred Ernst, who was conductor of the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra at the turn of the century. Her mother, the late Hildcoorde Orimann Ernst, song with the opera in Germany.

She was a are of the Carnegie Mellon Institute School of Music. She also had a masters degree 11 education from the University of Pah. She had been a student of the late Lillie Lehman. She was a retired voice lecturer at Geneva College, in Beaver Falls and also the Irene Kaufman School of Music, later known as the Anna Perlow School of Music, Pah. She had taught music in the Aliquippa Public School system for over 20 vears.

She was a member of the House of Prayer Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband, Thomas H. Several cousins in Pgh. also survive. There will be no viewing and in lieu of flowers, Mr.
