With the publication yesterday out of Philadelphia of the facts about the world series. Treasurer Sam Dreyfuss last night announced that tomorrow morning- the Pittsburgh club will publish a list of rules governing the local sale of world series tickets. In this statement all the requirements demanded by the local club in reference to application, sale and reservation will be made clearly and unless they are followed to the letter the applicant runs the risk of losing his chance of g-etting- tickets. The club announced also that there is no use makinir application today as none will be accepted until the club has made full arrangements for the handling of the sale. The time and date for making- application wiil be made known in the proclamation to be issued by the club tomorrow.

It was announced ais-o that two new players had been added to the club roster, Kdward Hock, a shortstop from Oklahoma City in the Western and Emerson G. Weik, a third base man, from Tampa the Florida Leas-ue, ADD TWO PLAYERS. Hock, who h-d tryouts with the Reds ini and 1923 and then was sent to Oklahoma, is 3 feet 101 inches tall, weighs 165, bats left and throws right-handed. This year he batted .306, having IS doubles, 17 triples and two home runs. He was the speed merchant of the league, having 46 stolen bases.

Weik, former captain of the West Virginia University team in 1924, was once the property of the Pirates, but released tmconditionally without trial. Ho hooked up with Wilson. N. in the Virginia League and later was sent to Tampa in the Florida Leagrue, where his work so impressed the i Pirate scoufs that he was purchased for another tryout. Weik is 21 years of age, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and bats and throws right- handed.
