Miami police to bring to 31 the number of people reminded up in Operation Snow White offlciala said Saturday Among those arrested in the sweeps was a former Miami policeman who resigned last September Bahama One Year Old Girl At Disney World Killed After alling Out Of Tram LAKE BUENA VISTA la (AP) A year old girl was killed Saturday when she fell from a tram in a parking lot at Walt Disney World here a Disney spokesman said Cassandra Lusinski the daughter of Mr and Mrs William Lusinski of Muscatine Iowa fell out of the tram Saturday afternoon after boarding it with her family Disney spokesman Charles Ridgway said the child who was sitting near the front of the seven car tram with her parents fell out after the tram heading for the amusement park made a turn Ridgway said the lorida Highway Patrol would investigate whether the 20 month old girl died as a result of the fall or was run over by the tram Police Say Man Killed riend In Order To Steal His Olds Cutlass CLEARWATER la (AP) Like many young Americans 29 year old William David Weis had a love affair with cars A skilled auto mechanic and son of a former Michigan automobile dealer Weis owned a 1980 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme which he treasured Police said Weis and his car A friend and neighbor James Douglas Losey had no car of his own But he reportedly admired Olds Police say they think Losey liked the sporty car enough to kill its owner to get it Weis was found dead last Tuesday his body floating in a pond at Countryside Village Square Police said Weis had been tied by the neck to a heavy tool box his own Losey was arrested two days later and charged with killing Weis Investigators said when the 28 year old Clearwater cook was arrested in Tampa he was driving car Three Motorcycle Gang Members Among Those Convicted or Drugs TAMPA la (AP) Three members of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club and a Hialeah la man have been convicted in federal court here on drug conspiracy charges in connection with what officials say was an Interstate drug network A 12 member Jury deliberated for five hours riday before returning guilty verdicts against Wilson Harrell of Jacksonville James Hawkins of Tampa Karl Heinz Harig of St Petersburg and Anthony Scire of Hialeah All were convicted of conpiracy to possess cocaine methaqualone am phetamines and methamphetamine with intent to distribute the drugs between 1978 and 1981 Harrell Hawkins and Scire also were convicted of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute it In addition Harrell and Hawkins were found guilty of violating interstate travel laws to
