Clean Air Act putting strict regulations on any air pollution increases Dan Drain director of the Nebraska Department of Environmental Control said the regulation could require a buffer zone of a 100 mile radius around the monuments and preserves He said his agency is protesting the regulation Because of monuments and preserves in the area the entire Nebraska Panhandle could come under the proposed guidelines Midlands death: Lula Payne 87 of Lincoln who was cited by President Truman for her work in organizing a Red Cross nurses aide program in Nassau County NY during World War IL RAY
