Wood River Optimists Elect, Hear Trail Rangers Talk WOOD RIVER Election of Wayne Stevens as president, vote to favor the sewer after a talk by Jesse Ford, and an address by W. Sanfield on the Trail Rangers, highlighted the regular semimonthly luncheon meeting of the Optimist Club, Thursday night, at Skaggs. Other officers are Dr. Herman Hoover and Les Neumann, vicepresidents and Ed Groshong, sergeant-at-arms. Elected to the board of directors were Glenn paugh, George Fischer, Kenneth Schetz, Marvin R.
