Lawyers Ask School Annex Hearing Delay Attorneys for the Macon and Decatur school districts have asked for a continuance on the Tuesday hearing over protested annexation of Borg-Warner Corp, property to the Decatur district. The hearing had been set by Bay Page, state superintendent of public instruction, after the pro test was filed by the Macon dis trict and Borg-Warner. The attorneys said they want the hearing continued until the Third District Appellate Court decides this fall' an earlier annexation suit concerning the same property. The hearing probably will be dropped if the Appellate Court rules in the Decatur district's favor.

The hearing concerns automatic Decatur district annexation of the company's property, which became effective with the city's an nexation of the same property if the previous annexation by the district was not legal.
