retired farmer of near Cedar Grove, died Saturday at Montgomery County General Hospital, aged 83. He had been ill several weeks. He is survived by his wife. Mrs. Lillie M.

Sibley; a daughter, Mrs. Roy Arnold, Lewisdale; two sons, Edward M. and J. Russell Sibley, near Cedar Grove, and a sister. Miss Emma Sibley, Hyattstown.

Allen Bowers, Woodsboro, has received word of the death of her uncle, Theodore H. Fogle, Dayton, Ohio. Mr. Fogle was the son of Joshua and Harriet Lock Fogle and was 89 years of age. He was born near Woodsboro but had lived in Dayton since he was 20 years of age.

His wife preceded him in death 20 years ago. He is survived by four daughters, all of Dayton; twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Also two brothers, John T. Fogle. Gettysburg, and Charles E.

Fogle, Thurmont. Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon with burial in Dayton. Wilbur E. CeciT Wilbur Emory Cecil died at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs.

Charles Craver. Brookeville. Montgomery county, this morning at two o'clock after an illness of several months, aged 77 years. He was a son of the late Eleven R. and Elizabeth Thomas Cecil and a member of the Methodist church.

She was born at Foxville, the daughter of William and Mary Susan (Holmes) Green. Her early life was lived in Foxville and she moved from Thurmont to Rouzerville 35 years ago. Her husband died 25 years ago. Surviving are three children, Mrs. Frank Biddinger, Cascade: Mrs.

Roy Fitz, Waynesboro, Route 4 and Harry at home. Three grandchildren, two brothers, William and Clifford Green. Thurmont, also survive. Funeral was Sunday afternoon from the Rouzerville Lutheran church in charge of Rev. Walter West.

Teager--Baber The Trinity Methodist parsonage of Frederick was the scene of a quiet wedding at 3:30 p. m. on June 4th, when Miss Lillian Novella Baber became the bride of Charles Lee Yeager in a double ring ceremony, performed by the bride's pastor, Rev. Thomas Morgan in the presence of several close friends and relatives.

The bride, in a two piece dress of ivory butcher linen with matching accessories wore a corsage of talisman roses and chose for her maid of honor. Miss Edna Veronica Watkins who wore a dress of lavender with white accessories and a corsage of white rose tmds. The bride is the daughter of Newton A. Baker and the late Sara Michael Baker, of New Hope. and has been employed for several years by the Frederick Tailoring Company.

The groom, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Mathew Yeager, of New Market, is employed by Sears Rocbuck and Company, Frederick. Immediately following the ceremony the couple left for a brief southern trip and will be at home near New Market after June 10. Mrs.
