Acting Mayor Timothy Cos-tello said complaints to the mayor's office "make it clear that some landlords are cashing in on the crisis for personal financial advantage," Tax Adopted By Bridgcville Bridgeville Borough council last night adopted a 1969 budget of $489,918 and held the real estate tax line to the present 17 mills." The council did impose a $10 occupation tax to cover anticipated expenses from awards from an arbitration panel considering police demands for pay increases.
