Things By RANK ELEAZER United Press International WASHINGTON Our law makers are off on their annual headlong dash for adjournment The aim is to get out of town before Khrushchev arrises A measure Rules Concerning Bikes With the opening of school only a few days away lTrbana Police Chief Doug Storts reminded stu dents depending upon bicycles for transportation of the responsibili ties they assume upon riding in traffic riders must obey all traf fic signals and signal stops and turns as do the operators of mo tor vehicles They should ride in single file on the right hand side of the street at all times and not against Chief Storts said The local law enforcement offi cer also reminded automobile driv ers that young cyclists will be join ing the early morning traffic flow and urged them to show riders the proper traffic courtesies Chief Storts said that all bike riders should have their two wheel ers checked by a competent me chanic at the start of the school term each fall to
