Throckmorton, House Parliamentarian, Dies At Columbus Hospital. Columbus, April 22-A four-day illness had proved fatal today for Dean C. Throckmorton, 45, parliamentarian for the Ohio house of representatives. He died last night of meningitis. Throckmorton was serving his second term as a member of the State Democratic Central committee from the twelth congressional district.

He served as a member of the Columbus civil service from Feb. 1, 1932, to Feb. 1, 1938. Throckmorton was born in Chillicothe, Jan. 27, 1889.

Funeral services were expected, to ba held Sunday with burial at Chillicothe. The widow, Elizabeth, and a brother-in-law, Dr. Morton Jones, survive. SEPARATE BRIDE, 12, FROM HUSBAND Rehoboth Beach, April 22 -Twelve-year-old Almira Mae McChesney, was separated from her 37-year-old husband, Samuel, today by the law. PASSING OF WELL KNOWN RESIDENT Funeral Rites For John Henry Milhoff Arranged For Monday Afternoon, John Henry Millhoff, 77, died shortly after nine o'clock Thursday evening at the home of Mrs. Martin Millhoff, 218 South Walnut avenue. He had been in failing health for the past four months and for the past few weeks his condition had been serious. Funeral arrangements have been made for two o'clock Monday afternoon at the Millhoff home and will be in charge of Captain Haupt of the Salvation Army. The late John Henry Millhoff was born on February 24, 1861, in Shelby county, the son of Andrew and Martha.

Millhoff, both deceased. His marriage with Miss Emma Wilson was solemnized on February 10, 1900, and she preceded him in death in 1916. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Mary Lump, Fort Loramie; Mrs. Katie Rich, of near Fletcher; five brothers, James and Steve Millhoff, Dayton; George, William and Martin Millhoff, of Sidney.

106 PRISONERS ARE GRANTED PAROLES Four Women Among Those Who Are To Be Released On Parol. Columbus, April 22-The Ohio Board of Paroles granted four conditional releases and 106 paroles today to inmates of the London prison farm after hearing 205 cases. NEGRO MAID IS SHOT ON LAWN No Reasons Are Given For Wild Action; Admits Shootings. Cleveland, April 22. William G. Peters, 43 year old negro, to-, day shot and killed two white men and a colored girl in a wild shooting spree in two Cleveland suburbs and was captured by Cleveland heights police after a 70 mile an hour auto chase. The victims were: Hans Getslaff, 33, apartment house superintendent.

Michael Paser, 40, apartment fireman. Lily May Traylor, 20, a colored maid. The Traylor girl was the first victim of Peters' stolen .45 callber automatic. He drove to the home of Robert Dubois, in exclusive Shaker Heights, where the girl was employed as a maid. He called her out to his car, shot her and threw her on the lawn, police said.

Then, according to police, Peters drove to an apartment house in Cleveland Heights, a neighboring suburb, and shot Getslaff, the superintendent, and Paser. Peters' wife, mother of his 12 year old son, recently had been discharged as elevator operator at the apartment building, police said. Police quoted Peters as saying he was desirous revenge because of his wife's dismissal. Police could ascribe no motive for the, slaying of the girl, who, they said, had been seen with frequently. Peters readily admitted the shootings when taken to the Cleveland Heights police station, police said.

Although he was at times incoherent, police were unable to determine whether he was under the influence of a narcotic. After the" Getslaff and Paser shootings, Peters backed his car from the drive of the apartment building to be met by a police lieutenant, who fired one shot at him when he failed to stop. Restdents of the apartment called police when the first shot was heard and a police car came up as he drove off. Starting in pursuit, the police car, driven by Patrolman Herbert Anderson, followed Peters' automobile, a late model sedan, for a mile and a half before forcing it to the curb. Capt.

Philip Grotenrath jumped from the police car and subdued Peters at the point of a sawed-off shotgun. A number of the members of the girl's chorus were in Columbus to compete in the mixed chorus contest, but they were not scheduled to appear until this evening. More than 6,000 musicians from all sections of the state were to participate in the contests. Fifty-two high school bands were to compete Saturday.

These bands number nearly 4,000 musicians. DRASTIC ACTION IS TAKEN BY RUMANIA Against Alleged Plot To Remove King Carol From The Throne. Bucharest, Rumania, April 22- Taking drastic action against an alleged plot to remove King Carol from the throne and establish a Fascist dictatorship, the Rumanian government today issued a decree ordering all units and subsidiaries of the outlawed iron guard organization to "remain dissolved indefinitely." All properties owned by the organization, which is said to have operated as a political party since it was the first outlawed, were seized. The decree, issued under the "personal dictatorship" regime of King Carol, revealed the iron guard had spies in all departments, including the Rumanian army general staff. It charged numerous political murders had been committed by members of the iron guard in recent months.

Issuance of the decree followed arrest of Corneliu Cordreanu, leader of the pro-Fascist, antisemitic iron guard, and hundreds of his followers for plotting against King Carol's government.
