25 court, it's just made me more to want to," Mrs. Harvey said Wednesday in a telephone interview. "I want the end of Robert Lee Willie." Willie was moved to the state prisoto's death house Monday. In an interview before going into isolation, Willie said be had no regrets about the way he lived his life. He said he would continue to be a criminal if he got out of prison, and that the U.S.

government deserves to be the victim of terrorist bombings. Willie blamed many of his recent crimes on Joseph J. Vaccaro, of Pearl River, who was sentenced to life in prison for Hathaway's murder. Both men admitted to raping Hathaway, but each said the other was the killer. "I just couldn't get away from this guy," Willie said.

"We were robbing these little stores two, three-hundred dollars. We were drinking." That crime spree included kidnapping a young couple in Madison-ville, raping the 16-year-old girl and stabbing her boyfriend and leaving him tied to a tree to die. He survived, however. Willie said he doesn't care if Harvey is a witness and that he has no malice toward him. However, he added that Harvey shouldn't dwell on the murder.

Smith, 73, of 448 E. Center St. died 3:50 p.m. Monday NEW ORLEANS (AP) Condemned killer Robert Lee Willie says he has no regrets about his life of drug abuse, rape and murder, and if freed, would join a terrorist organization and rob banks. Willie's lawyer searched for a new avenue of appeal before Friday's scheduled execution, while the parents of one of his victims prepared to witness his electrocution.

Attorney Ronald Tabak said Willie, 26, has exhausted all court appeals. His only hope appeared to be Gov. Edwin Edwards, who has already turned down Willie's request for a reprieve. In a telephone interview from his New York office, Tabak said something might develop that the governor or the courts would consider grounds for a reprieve. Asked what that might be, he said, "Nothing I can comment on." Willie is a convicted rapist and kidnapper who has been found guilty of three unrelated murders.

He claimed an accomplice was responsible for each. He is to be executed for the 1980 murder of Faith Hathaway, 18, who was abducted after her high school graduation party, raped, stabbed and mutilated. Hathaway's stepfather, Vernon Harvey, and mother, Elizabeth Harvey, say Willie's cockiness and lack of remorse are the reasons they want to watch him die in Louisiana's electric chair.
