Deaths LON MILAM PUXICO Lon Milam, 86, iied at 8 a.m. today at Dexter Memorial hospital of natural causes. He was born in Marshall, Ark. May 7, 1885. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs.

Gertie Harmon of Springfield, Mrs. Hester Bmnett of the state of Oklahoma, Hettie Lawrence of Puxico, and Vernetis Milam, address unknown; three sons, Herbert Milam of Woodlake, Tass Milam of Conway, Taft Milam of Morehouse, four brothers, Pas Milam of Harrison, Herb Milam of Marshall, Myrtle Milam and Leonard Milam, both of the state of California; 13 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Watkins and Sons funeral chapel in Puxico with the Rev. Jerry Park officiating.

Burial will be Puxico cemetery. Visitation will be after 3 p.m. today. ROBERT CALDWELL MEMPHIS, Tenn. Robert Caldwell, 37, of 245 Madison Avenue, died Tuesday as the result of injuries suffered in a motorcycle accident.

Born Jan. 18, 1934, in Osceola, he was an electrician with the University of Tennessee. He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Nancy Foster of Quantico, Mrs. Susanna Elder of Memphis and Mrs.

Dorothy Wood of Baldwin Park, and an aunt, Mrs, Florence Dougherty of Sikeston, Mo. Graveside rites and burial were today at 1:30 p.m. on the Sikeston city cemetery with the Rev, James B. Elder, officiating. Nunnelee funeral home of Sikeston was in charge.

On June 19, 1935, she married Monroe Richard Blackwell in Washington. She is survived by her husband of Cape Girardeau and her mother, Mrs.

Julia Brinkley of Jerome; one son, Donald Richard Blackwell of Washington; five brothers, James Brinkley and Ira Brinkley, both of Dixon, George Brinkley of Ozark, Jack Brinkley of Pevly and Frank Brinkley of Jerome two sisters, Mrs. James Smith of Newburg and Mrs. Orville Basham of Dixon; and two granddaughters, Terri and Tracy Blackwell, both of Washington. The body is in the Ford and Sons funeral home where friends may call from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.

Hurley Aurthur officiating. Burial will be in Arlington cemetery in Jerome. JACK HINTON Jack M. (Jake) Hinton, 84, of 132 North West died 12:10 p.m. Thursday at Veterans hospital in Poplar Bluff of natural causes.

He was born Dec. 17, 1886 in Marshall. He married the former Esther Savely July 21, 1931 in Taloga, Okla. He was a veteran of World War I. Survivors include his wife of the home; three sons, Lt.

Curtis Hinton of the U.S. Navy stationed aboard the U.S.S. Yellowstone; J. D. Hinton and Bobby Hinton, both of Sikeston; two stepsons, James Bud Brookshire of Eureka and Harley Brookshire of Portland, seven daughters, Myrtle Faye Little and Flora Freeman, both of Las Vegas, Mildred Smith of San Angelo, Katie Cadek of Morrilton, Grace White of Memphis, Frances Sims of Kansas City, and Laura Rainey of Knoxville, 37 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in the Bill funeral chapel with the Rev. Gene Tarter, pastor of Clayton Avenue Baptist church, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery. Visitation will be 10 a.m Saturday.

ALVIN SIMMONS MOREHOUSE Alvin Simmons, 83, retired employe of Himmelberger Harrison Lumber company, died at his home Thursday at 9 p.m., after an illness of two weeks. He was born in Dixon Springs, March 14, 1888. On May 14, 1910, he was married to Ora Comer in Poplar Bluff. She preceded him in death on April 14, of this year. He was a member of the Nazarene church.

Surviving are four daugh ters, Mrs. Lucia Trovillion, St. Louis, Mrs. Naomi Corlew, Morehouse, Mrs. Dorothea Fuller, Kennett, and Mrs Ina Morrison, Tupelo, one brother, Morris Simmons, Sikeston; one sister, Mrs.

Floyd McMullin, Morehouse; 14 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren. The body is at the Watkins and Sons Funeral Home. Services will be Saturday at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel, with the Rev. Andrew Fowler, pastor of First Methodist church, officiating.

Burial will be in the Essex cemetery. CLARENCE TREECE MOREHOUSE Clarence retired millworker, died today in the Missouri Delta Community hospital, Sikeston.
