was employed by the firm at St Louis and New York City for many years The family moved to Lawton in 1918 Mr Marshall was employed by the Robertson Petroleum for three years and later assumed management of the local Hudson automobile agency He was em ployed at the Robertson Bargain store for two years before becom ing ill last July Mr Marshall was a member of the local irst Methodist Set The first annual meeting OKLAHOMA CITY Jan 13 (AP) A bill to reorganize the Oklahoma tax commission backed by Gov Roy Turn er bogged down in the state senate today in an argument over payment of commissioners I The bill would establish a new three man commission with members serving staggered terms and not removable by the governor The bill Turner forces contended would remove the board from
