Approximate date of the vandalism was only speculative since the cabin has been officially closed since last October. Police, informed Sunday that the place had been entered, found damage done both to the building and its contents.

Wooden doors covering both the downstairs windows had been pried open and the glass broken to gain entrance. Inside the building officers found a litter of broken glass and chinaware, as practically all the dishes in the cabin aad been smashed. A small upstairs window had been broken and a large number of empty beer cans, evidently tossed from the ground, was found on the floor.
