A request for a donation from the local club was presented by the secretary, Laverne Jeanne, in behalf of the Salvation Afmy. A committee was appointed by Hutchcraft to consider the matter and report nt the next meeting of the club May 31. The committee named consists of Lee Hauter. Glen Summers and Joseph R. Fulkerson.

A report was given by Joseph R. Fulkerson regarding the pro- jfcftal of the club to participate if) the parade being planned in hbnor of Mrs. Helen Chapman the evening of June 8. Fulkerson was recently Elected head of the Jerseyville Rotary Club for the ensuing year fetid will begin his official duties June 1.
