The affair will be attended by 300 guests, including Chairman Charles R. Denny and members of the Federal Communications Commission; Niles Trammell, nHc president, and officials of the Federal and District Governments.

Opening ceremonies and special programs tonight may be viewed i through television sets on Channel No. 4. I'rogram Following the dedication program at 7:30 p.m., there will be an NBC television newsreel, variety shows, scenic films, a dramatic show, Madison Square Garden boxing matches and a symphony orchestra film with Toscanini conducting. The dedication will inaugurate NBC network television operations between Washington and Station WNBT In New York, from which the company has been telecasting since 1930. The WNBW transmitter is installed in the former garden room of the Wardman Park Hotel, and the signal is broadcast from a 350-foot tower on the hotel grounds.

Television set owners already may receive programs of the Dumont Station WTTG. Present plans call for future construction of two addiI tional television stations here, one to be operated by The Evening Star Broadcasting Co. and the other by five. tem. To Televise Grid Games.

Programs to be carried on Station WNBW, according to Carleton D. general manager, include Catholic University dramatic productions in the Rev. It is one of a series of scheduled for the week end by the National Capital Parks. H.
