Water plot suspects in Havana Chicago (AP) A Circuit Court judge has received a letter from a woman who says two young men charged with plotting to poison Chicago's water supply are in jail in Havana. The letter received Wednesday by Judge Robert J. Sulski says her son, a pilot with the Jamaica Air Taxi Service headquartered in Montego, was forced at gunpoint to fly the two men to Cuba March 21.

Hie letter was signed by Constance Willard of Delray Beach, Fla. She offered the judge transcripts of a taped conversation with her son, Marshall Greene. She said she visited her son in Jamaica recently to tape the experiences for possible use in a book. In a telephone interview, Miss Willard said her son was allowed to leave Cuba in early April but that Allan C. Schwandner, 19, and Steven Pera, 18, were imprisoned in Havana on charges of airplane hijacking.
