Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, January 21, 2002 at Parkhill Cemetery, according to Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Macon Road. Mrs. Weatherholtz was born in Erlangen, Germany on February 10, 1926, daughter of the late Simon and Maria Jungkunz. She had lived in Columbus since 1971 and was employed by Goolsby Foods and the Majik Market for the past six years. She is survived by her four children, Edgar Weatherholtz, III and his wife, Cindi of Columbus, Herlinde Gonzalez of Fayetteville, GA, Louise Jungkunz of Germany and Alfred Jungkunz of Germany; one brother, Joseph Jungkunz of Germany; three grandchildren; and her extended family, Cathy Dowell. He had lived in Columbus for the past 46 years and was a member of Striplin Terrace United Methodist Church. He retired as a carpenter, and was the widower of Phyllis Downs Greene. Helen Berenthien and Rev. Mark Chandler officiating, according to StrifflerHamby Mortuary, Macon Road Chapel. Mrs. Gurley was born in Walker County, GA, the daughter of the late John B. and Emma Haines Thomas.

She lived in Florida several years and later moved to Columbus. She was a charter member of Augusta Evans Order of the Eastern Star, a former member of the Quota Club, and a life member of Rose Hill Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter, Doris Parham of Columbus; a sister Olyra Rainey of Atlanta, GA; nieces, Mary Newell Bridges of Atlanta, GA and Nancy Furman of Jonesboro, GA; a nephew, Pat Thomas of Senoia, GA; five grandchildren, John Blackburn of Orlando, FL, Tom Gurley, III of Birmingham, AL, Ann Parham of Alexandria, VA, Allen Parham of Columbus and Glenn Parham of Bullhead City, AZ. Feckley September 15, 1911 January 18, 2002 UPATOI, GA Joseph Richard Feckley, 90, of Upatoi, GA, died Friday, January 18, 2002 at Columbus Hospice House. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM today in Parkhill Cemetery, with Rev. Tom Stephenson officiating, according to McMullen Funeral Home. Mr. Feckley was born September 15, 1911 in Cleveland, OH, the son of the late Hannah Beecher Feckley and Joseph Feckley.

A U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, he retired as a tool and die maker. He lived in Columbus for the past 18 years and was the widower of Margaret I. Feckley. Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Deeb and son-in-law, John of Ft.

Myers, FL and Diana McLendon and son-in-law, Jim of Upatoi, GA; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Mrs. Hubbard was born March 30, 1920 in Seale, AL, daughter of Ed and Carrie Grant Hal. She was a member of the St. Mark A.M.E. Church and was the Mother of the Church.

Mrs. Hubbard retired as a housekeeper from The Medical Center. Survivors include one daughter, Venaria HubbardPerry of Columbus; five sons, John L. Phillips of San Luis Obispo, CA, Larry Hubbard, Oscar Hubbard Perry Hubbard and Herald (Diane) Hubbard; and the children's father, Oscar Hubbard all of Columbus; 20 grandchildren, Ladale Phillips, Tamika (Craig) Parker, Lashumba Hubbard-Jones, Marquez (Rakeda) Hubbard, Hernandez Hubbard, Michael Hubbard, Adrain Hubbard, Alethia Shay Perry, William Perry IV, Victoria Hubbard, Juliet Hubbard, Oscar Hubbard III, Vartessa Hubbard, Larry Hubbard Ada Hubbard, Kelvin Phillips, Wesley Phillips, Watkins Hubbard, Mary Hubbard and Lavelle Wilson; 21 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Emma Harris of Columbus and Nora Harris of Sacramento, CA; one god daughter, Dorothy (Charles) Mitchell of Atlanta, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Brown, the daughter of the late Brad, and Carrie Jackson was born January 3, 1934 in Columbus, GA. She attended Spencer High School and was retired with 21 years of dedicated service as a Nursing Technician with the Columbus Regional Medical Center. She was a member of the Holsey Monumental C.M.E. Church, where she sang in the choir.

She was also an Eastern Star. Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by a son, Jerome Brown, Survivors include her husband of 50 years, Mr. Matthew "Bonny Duke" Brown; one daughter, Deborah J. Harris (Fred); five grandchildren, Teliska Cooper, Gabriel Jones (Stanley), Jerome Brown II, Andre' Qualls and Jonathan Brown; eight great grandchildren; a brother, Brad Jackson, (Viola) and a sister, Leola Hixon (Raymond); mother-inlaw, Mrs.
