IT WAS SEBELIUS 83,923, JELLISON 63,791 Official State Canvass Puts Docking's Margin at 6 7,9 41 TOPEKA (AP) Gov. Robert Docking's wimiminig margin over Atity. Gen. Kent Frizzel in the Nov. 3 general election was 67,941 votes, the official state canvass stowed today.

Docking, a Democrat, was elected to a third term with 396,472 votes. Frizzell, his ilepub- licam challenger, received 328,531 votes. P. Everett Spenry, Conssrva- tive candddaite for governor, received 4,136 votes and Marshal Unoapher, the Prohibition candidate, had 2,954 votes. State Sen.

Reynolds Shultz, R- Lawrence, had an official mair- gin of 7,922 votes in Ms hoiy contested race with Democrat Richard J. Rome for lieutenant governor. Shultz received 333,322 votes; Rome 325,400 and Harry 0. Lytle Prohiblton candidate 21,869.
