Hos-tetter estate the residence at 1424 lieechwood boulevard for $35,500. The house is of stone and stucco construction with 12 rooms and four baths. The lot has a frontage of $0 feet on the west side of Beech-wood boulevard, between "Wilkins avenue and Northumberland street, and extends a Oepth of 255 feet. Mr. Pcirce punjhased the property for occupancy.

The McKallip agency also sold for Harvey X. Dauler to II. II. Reich a modern three-story brick dwelling cn a lot 40x120 feet at 5447 "Woodmont street for $12,500. Mr.

Reich will qccupy the house. Webster Avenue Transfer. The three-story brick dwelling and store at Webster avenue and Manilla street and a similar' buildinsr in Manilla street, near Webster avenue, both owned by Max Bress, have been transferred to Christ Seidel for according to deed filed in the office of the county recorder. The corner building occupies a lot 40x42 feet while the Manilla street property fronts 30 feet and has a depth of 60 feet. Deeds have also been recorded In'the transfer of the Scaife mansion in Western avenue to the Curtis Home for Destitute Women and Children.

The property is at the northeast corner of Western avenue and Frazier street, having a frontage of 90 feet in the former with a Niepth of 378 feet along Frazier street. Besides the large bricK house there are three outbuildings on the lot. The consideration was $26,000.
