Smith of White Center, Wash. Miss Wee and her fiance will be Susan Qualheim To Be Wed in August Mr. and Mrs. Harold J. Qualheim of 111 S.

Vincennes Circle, North Bay, announce the engagement of their daughter, Susan, to Edward W. Hodges, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Hodges of Oak Ridge, Tenn, Miss Qualheim, an education major, is scheduled to be graduated from Northwestern University, Evanston, 111., in June. Toff Weds in Texas The marriage of Capt. Donald Louis Toft, USAF, son of Col. and Mrs. Douglas 0. Toft of Chester, formerly of Racine, took place March 24 in First Baptist Church of Devine, Texas, where he claimed Arlene Ann Bendele as his bride.

She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Bendele of Devine. The couple will live in Abilene, Texas, where the bridegroom is stationed at Dyess Air Force Base. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.

The bride, in a gown styled with lace bodice and taffeta skirt with chapel train, was attended by Mary Ann Moore of Devine, who wore duty rose. David Toft of West Bend, was his brother's best man and ushers were ROnald Schott of College Station, Texas, and Anthony Petri Jr. of Devine. A reception in the church parlors followed the ceremony.
