July sales of the Racine Realtors Listing Exchange totaled $1,176,800, which is the largest monthly total in six years, Rell Barrett, secretary, reports. The exchange secretary notes sales for the first seven months of 1959 are running 27 per cent ahead of the same period last year. Thirty two per cent of the July sales were the result of co-operative listing. MILWAUKEE American Motors Corp. reported Saturday that its 21,700 employes at plants here and at Kenosha will average $1,200 more in wages during 1959 than they did in 1958. The company said that the employes have already averaged $4,887 for the first nine months of this year, compared with $3,960 for the same 1958 period. NEW YORK^ontracts for future construction in June in Wisconsin totaled $65,302,000, a decrease of 18 per cent compared to June 1958, F. W. Dodge Corp., construction news and marketing specialists reported. A breakdown of contracts by the major construction categories in June, compared to the corresponding 1958 month, showed: non-residential at $16,161,000, down 24 per cent; residential at $35,956,000, up 17 per cent; and heavy engineering at $13,185,000, down 53 per cent.
