Deaths i Mrs. William. L. McGfth* |" Mrs. Minnie Elizabeth McGaha. wife of William Lee McGaha, of Rosemoitt, Brunswick, died today at 1:40 a. m. in Frederick Memorial Hospital"after a brief illness. She WES a daughter of the late Mason end Elizabeth Williams Tevault, of Winchester, Va., and was aged 65 years. She was. a member of the Brunswick First Methodist church. Besides her husband she is survived by two sisters, Mrs. 'C. B. 'Cur;,, Mrs. Gussie Dyke, and two brothers, Oliver and Marion Tevault, all of Winchester, Va. The body will be removed to the late home this evening. Brief ser^ vices will be held their Saturday at 1:30 p. m. with final rites at two o'clock in the Brunswick First Methodist church. Interment in Mt. Olivet cemetery, this city. M. R. f'Etchison and Son, funeral director. John M. Inskeep " John Machir Inskeep, formerly of Moorefield, W. Va., died early Wednesday morning at his home in Unioriville after a brief illness, aged 59 years. He was a son of the late Phillip W. and Mollie Duvall Inskeep and is survived by his wife, Mrs. Edna Inskeep;, a daughter, Miss Mary Elder Inskeep, Damascus; a son, John M. Inskeep, Sykes- J'ville; a brother, Phillip W. Inskeep, and a sister, Mrs. Marie McNeill, both of Moorefield. The remains were taken to, the McNeil residence early today for services there at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon. Interment in Olivet cemetery, Moorefield. Olin L. Molesworth, funeral director. Funerals Funeral services for Lula Ellen Irene Clabaugh, wife of Maurice E. Clabaugh, of near Keymar, were held Tuesday at 1 p. m. at the residence. Mrs. Clabaugh died Friday of a cerebral hemorrhage. Rev, Clifford McCormick officiated. Interment was made in Beaver Dam cemetery. The bearers were: Edwin Bond, Oscar Hoffman, Clarence Buffington, Clarence Koontz, Alvoye and Paul Lippy. D- D. Hartzler Sons were the funeral directors. The- funeral of Raymond B. Bayton, colored, of Detroit, Mich.. formerly of this city, will take place Saturday afternoon at two o'clock with services at the funeral home, 106 East Church street. Interment in Fairview cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after seven o'clock this evening. .M. R. Etchison and Son. funeral director. Personals ' Messrs. Robert B. Crothers and James H. Grove, Jr., of the M. J. Grove Lime Company and Calvin C. Keeney, of the LeGore Lime Company, were among the guests in^a special group shown through the new 4-story office building of the H. T. Campbell Sons Company at Towson on Wednesday. Stone for the structure came from the Campbell quarries, and much of the work was done by the Campbell organization. The building is quite modern and attractive. One unique feature is the location of the heating plant on the third floor. Jay E. Gernand, of Union Bridge, has just completed his Sophomore season as a member of the Springfield College, Mass., varsity soccer team. Mr. Henry K. Parr, J r . Walnut street, Thurmont, is quietly celebrating his birthday at his home today. Miss Geneva Faith Ely, State Supervisor of Special Education; Miss Dorothy Shires, State Supervisor of Elementary Education, to gether with 20 pupil personnel directors from the various counties, spent Tuesday morning observing the work of the Maryland State School for the Deaf. Mr. J. G. Demeza, superintendent of the Ontario, Canada, School for the Deaf, and Rektor Malm of the Stockholm, Sweden School for the Deaf, have been the guests of the Maryland School, observing all phases of the work and play of the children. Mr. Demeza spent last year in Europe studying and visiting schools for the deaf on the continent. Mr. Charles H. Herbert, assistant city plumbing inspector, is today quietly observing his birthday anniversary. Mr. and 'Mrs. William G. Six quietly observed their 58th wedding anniversary at their home in Walkersville last Thursday. Mr. Ernest P. Hammaker, president of Hammaker Brothers, Inc., left Tuesday for Atlanta, Georgia, to attend a meeting of the board of directors and the membership of the American Institute of Commemorative Art which is being held in that city.
