NATIONAL LIBRARY WEEK begins today, and the Children's Department of the Provo Public Library will be holding its weekly pre-school "Story Hour" Friday at 10 a.m. Two children who attend the story time on a regular basis are, from left, Karl and Kenneth Nelson, children of Mr. and Mrs. H.
