Windsor Festival will be partly given in Windsor Castle this year, with the special permission of the Queen. The festival, Sept. 27 to Oct. 11 will use the Waterloo Chamber, one of the largest state rooms, and the precincts, or open courtyard of the castle. BICENTENNIAL SPMNO TOUR l»r.n*Hi1l7l STUB!
