provoan To Be Installed as Dental President SALT LAKE CITY - Dr. Sanford M. Bingham of Provo will be installed president of the Iteh Dental Association at the conclusion of the 85th annual nmvention to be held April 23 to 25 at the Salt Palace. Meeting concurrently with the association will be two allied groups, the Utah Dental Hygienists Association and the Utah Dental Assistants .Association, according to Dr. Clyde F. Hurst of Logan, dental group president. "We apologize for any inconvenience to our patients during the convention," said Dr. Hurst, "but its very purpose is to help dentists to serve their patients better." Among the speakers will be Dr. Lynden M. Kennedy of Dallas, Tex., president of the American Dental Association (ADA). Others include Hal. M. • Christensen, a Utah native now assistant executive director of the ADA, and Dr. Eugene A. Sovie of Tucson, Ariz., a trustee of the ADA. Dr. Wilmer B. Eames of Atlanta, Ga., author of many papers in dental literature and an international lecturer, will speak on dental materials now in use. Another featured lecturer on scientific topics at the convention will be Dr. Donald C. Hilgers, who will speak on early treatment to prevent major orthodontic (badly aligned teeth) difficulties. The association's board of directors will meet April 24 for the annual business meeting where new officers and executive committee members will be elected. Two widely known comedians will be featured during social events. They are Dr. Murray Banks and Melva Miles. Dr. Banks, whose lecture on "What To Do Until the Psychiatrist Comes," is one of the best-known lectures in the country, will speak at the opening day dinner. Mrs. Miles will perform the following evening. She has been called "The number one message singer in America." Delay Is Noted Roland V. Wise, district director of the Internal Revenue Service for Utah, has warned that "Utah taxpayers may have their tax rebate checks delayed if they have moved since filing their federal income tax returns and have failed to notify their post office of a change of address."
