Prescott Downs Suprine's Effort heads sprint field PRESCOTT — Suprine's Effort, a last - time - out graduate from the maiden ranks, will be trying to make it two straight trips to the winner's circle in this afternoon's headliner at Prescott Downs. The filly, unsuccessful at Santi Anita and Caliente before being shipped here, runs in the silks of owner E. D. Haws and will face seven rivals over the 5%-furlong course. Lining up against Suprine's "Effort in the sprint race for .allowance type 3-year - olds , will be Kid Kacy, Happy Hanna, Errard Dutchess, Vickies Dice, Yaldara, Dante's Shoes and Bertal. Like the Haws " Del Mar Results stable representative. Kid Kacy, Happy Hanna and Er-, rard Dutchess come up to the race off winning performances. Leading rider Ramon Figueroa hasn't drawn a saddle assignment in the main event and is scheduled to have but three mounts on the 11-race card.
