Gifts will be matched on a first-come, first-served basis through 1975 to the limit of the funds budgeted for the experiment. Budgets for future years will be determined by employees' actual use of the program. Over 12,000 employees of McGraw-Hill and its U.S. subsidiaries are eligible to participate. The new policy, Is an extension of McGraw-Hill's existing matching contribution plan. Since 1958, the company has matched empolyees' gifts to schools and other educational instituions.
